Annie Gorton Harding has been teaching Tai Chi with the RDTC School since 1986.
She studied briefly initially with a Burmese teacher and thereafter with Richard Farmer founder of Rising Dragon Tai Chi School.
Her inspiration is the profoundly useful benefits of living Tai Chi. She is committed to exploration of the principles that invite balance and presence in each moment and enjoys the overall improved health of body mind and spirit. Her genuine love of this art is evident for all to see and to share, with her steady teaching enabling all people to benefit and reach their potential, regardless of age.
Prior to training to teach Tai Chi, Annie spent time living in Asia and teaching school children. Upon return to UK she worked as a social worker. She brought up her two children whilst developing her RDTC Centre originally in Bridgend/Cowbridge and then in North Wales. She moved to Monmouthshire in 1994 where she established the RDTC Gwent centre.
